250 Acres
Providence Central is a new mixed-use development located on the south side of I-40 at Central Pike just west of South Mt. Juliet Road in the Nashville suburb of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.
The 175-acre Master Plan entitles the PUD with 2.6 million square feet of commercial space. Available sites range from 2-20 acres and offer prime office, retail, hotel, and restaurant use opportunities as well as approximately 800 residential units of multi-family, senior housing and single family housing. Featuring 3,700’ of frontage along I-40, 2,900’ on Central Pike (State Hwy 265), and 6,100’ along Providence Parkway, the development is in an optimal location in the expanding and desirable landscape of Mt. Juliet. Amenities will include pocket parks and green spaces and walking trails along with the extension of Providence Parkway. Currently under construction, this five lane spine road with 10’ walking trail and 7’ sidewalks will offer easy ingress and egress and a pedestrian friendly environment.
Providence Central is ideally situated only 8 miles east of the Nashville International Airport, and 15 miles east of the Nashville Central Business District. The development’s location will be further enhanced by a new interchange at 1-40 and Central Pike. Currently in the design phase, and approved by TDOT and FAA (Federal Highway Administration), construction has been confirmed for commencement by 2025.
